Due to the personalized and digital nature of Sultry Tarot services, all purchases become final once work on a reading or service has begun. Refunds or cancellations may only be considered if the purchased service has not yet been started by Sultry Tarot.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or would like to request a cancellation before your reading has been started, please contact: sultrytarot.help@gmail.com
Include the following in your email:
- Your order number in the subject line
- The name used at checkout
- A brief explanation of your request
Once work has begun on a reading or service - including preparation, card pulling, energetic assessment, recording, written interpretation, or related creative work, the purchase becomes final and non-refundable.
Sultry Tarot reserves the right to refuse service, cancel fraudulent transactions, or deny refund requests that do not comply with this policy.
By purchasing from Sultry Tarot, you acknowledge that all services and readings are intended for entertainment purposes only and that you are at least 18 years of age or older.
